Organising a visit

Thank you for your interest in The British School in Tokyo –we hope that you are enjoying this introduction to our School.

The best way to appreciate our school is to spend time here on a normal school day by joining one of our school tours. Our school tours offer you the chance to view our school facilities, to see our classrooms in action and to speak to students and teaching staff. We aim to give you a comprehensive introduction to life at the British School in Tokyo and children are most welcome to come along.

Tours of our Shibuya site take place during term-time on Tuesday mornings at 9am and on Friday mornings at 11am. Tours of our Showa site, for children aged 8+, are conducted on Thursday mornings at 10.30am.

Our school tour slots do fill up quickly and we strongly recommend contacting us as early as possible to reserve your place.

When booking your place on a tour you will be asked to provide your child's date of birth, nationality and current school. Please contact Admissions Officer Shoko Unabara by email at admissions@bst.ac.jp to arrange your place on a school tour.
