Routines and Expectations
The Daily Routine
Start time: 8.35amIn the morning children need to sort their snack and lunch box into their cubby holes, put their water bottle into the box in the classroom, change their book and then put it in their folder in their tray.
Parents/ helpers are responsible for filling in dismissal details if there are changes to regular dismissal arrangements.
Registration: 8.50am (NB Children arriving after this time will be marked and recorded as late)
Dismissal: 3.10pm from the Courtyard
Expectations
- All children need a change of clothes, a sun hat and a waterproof coat kept permanently in school. They also need to bring lunch, snack, a plastic folder and a water bottle daily.
- Absence requests should be made in writing to the Head of Primary - Sue Aspinall.
- Please ensure you are on time in the morning and at the end of the day.
Our online Reception Newsletter is published every Friday afternoon. This gives an outline of our weekly learning, maths activities to do at home as well as general information and requests from the Reception year group and team. Please look at it each weekend at www.bst.ac.jp
