The British School in Tokyo (BST) is delighted to announce exceptional (I)GCSE results for the Class of 2024.

Our students have once again demonstrated their academic excellence, achieving a remarkable 74% of all grades at A*/A, beating 70% last year.

These outstanding results surpass the national average for UK private schools, which stands at 48% for A*/A grades. Our students' dedication, hard work, and the support of our dedicated teaching staff have been instrumental in achieving such impressive outcomes.

A total of 88% of our students secured A*-B grades, and 97% achieved A*-C grades, further highlighting the high standards of education we provide at BST. Notably, 100% of our students passed all their IGCSE exams A*-G, demonstrating the breadth and depth of their learning.

Three of our talented students achieved the remarkable feat of scoring all nine exams as A*s, a testament to their exceptional abilities and commitment. Additionally, an impressive 27% of our students secured all A*/A grades, showcasing the widespread success and high calibre of our student body.
