Governor of Tokyo, Yuriko Koike, visited the Primary School campus of The British School in Tokyo (BST) as part of her visit to the whole of the newly built Azabudai Hills complex.

During her tour at BST, Governor Koike visited the Year 5 Shared Area, Showa Library, and the Sky Pitch on the 5th floor, one of the two sports pitches on this campus. She learnt about the diversity and international environment at the school and was impressed by the extensive facilities and the use of technology in teaching and learning at BST.

BST is honoured to be a crucial part of the Azabudai Hills complex, which aims to promote Tokyo as a vibrant global metropolis. The School will continue to serve the international community in Tokyo and Japan, providing an excellent holistic education to children of global talents gathered in the Asian city hub.
