Giving to BST
The British School in Tokyo is an inclusive school with high academic standards and a diverse student body of more than 65 nationalities. The curriculum is broad and provides all students with the support and experiences to maximise their potential. Maintaining and developing our outstanding reputation involves drawing on the support of our community in the form of financial contributions as well as volunteer time.
Ways to Give
Making your donation is easy and can be done by bank transfer or by credit card. If neither method matches your needs, or if you have some additional questions, please contact the Development Office for assistance and more information. <firstname.lastname@example.org>
As with any method of giving, online donations by credit card, debit card and some other electronic means may be deductible from a donor's taxable income in Japan. BST's special tax dispensation status, known colloquially as "Tokuzo", permits us to issue tax receipts for yen gifts over 2,000 yen. For individuals, the upper limitation is 40% of total taxable income. A tax receipt and more information is available at the Development Office. <email@example.com>
